I arranged a last minute appointment as I was flying the next day and was concerned about the possibility of perforating an eardrum due to pressure behind a build up of wax. I was seen by Marcus. What a genuinely lovely professional person he was. Took time to explain what would be involved with the procedure and checked throughout that I was ok.
