It was previously known as the IJ Brown Partnership before joining the Robert Frith Group in 2016. Although the practice has experienced some big changes throughout its history, the team at Bridport remain dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience at all times.

I went to thcp at Bridport initially to get some information on invisible hearing aids. I met Kara who was lovely and gave me a very thorough hearing test. Each step was explained fully and ensure I was comfortable. The types of aids and their differences available to me was explained and Kara set me up there and then with a pair to experience the difference between what I had and potentially what I could have. For me the difference was incredible! The sound and clarity was totally unexpected so of course I purchased a pair! The aftercare service is excellent, I had to have a few adjustments and these were checked each time a few weeks later to ensure I was happy. I am now on my 6 month check up. My new hearing aids have made a tremendous difference to my life, they are so neat and comfortable I don’t know I am wearing them, the best thing is I can now hear a telephone conversation straight into my ear piece, AMAZING!
