I am a first time hearing aid user and was a little apprehensive about things. Debbie Risbey at the Gillingham, Dorset branch has been excellent. When I went for the hearing test, she was very patient and explained things well. From the fitting of the hearing aids, to subsequent visits to adjust the settings and make sure I was comfortable using them, Debbie has been friendly, reassuring and caring, making the whole process easy. I would highly recommend both her and THCP.
